Both during pregnancy and after giving birth, exercise can help you look and feel good. Many new mothers find that they feel too tired to exercise, but exercising actually gives you more energy.
Exercise comes in many different forms--from yoga to running errands. There are prenatal exercises and exercises that are fun to do with your baby or older child. However you choose to exercise, make sure it is something you enjoy so that you stick with it. The following are just a few of the ways you can get moving both before and after Baby's arrival!
