Sourcing the highest quality organic ingredients for HAPPYBABY meals and overseeing production is the purview of Steve Mesia, Operations Director. Steve has spent his entire career in the food industry as a plant manager, Corporate Chemist and Quality Assurance Manager for some of America’s premier food companies including Albertstons and Sara Lee.
It comes as no surprise that Steve majored in chemistry with a minor in microbiology at Bemidji State University. He is an SQF Consultant/Trainer and has been HACCP certified since 1998.
Steve is also a Six Sigma Green Belt. He and his wife Anna and four children Lacey, Logan, Courteney and Brooklyn live in Boise, ID where they grow many of their own foods and even make their own delicious Mesia wine. |
